• Usage data such as the tools you use, credits spent, and feature interactions
• Device and technical data such as browser type, operating system, and IP address
• Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies that keep you signed in and remember your settings
• If — and only if — you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies that measure how the site is used and how our ads perform (see “Cookies and tracking” below)

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Studio and its tools
• To generate, store, and display the content you create
• To process payments, manage credits, and prevent fraud
• To enforce our Terms and Content Policy and keep the platform safe and lawful

Content you generate and upload is associated with your account and saved to your library so you can search, preview, reuse, and download it.

We do not sell your creations. We access content only as needed to operate the service, provide support, enforce our policies, ensure safety, or comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

• With service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, or provide AI processing on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations
• With the analytics and advertising providers named in “Cookies and tracking”, and only if you have accepted those cookies. This concerns your use of our website and never the content you create
• To comply with the law, a court order, or a valid legal request
• To protect the rights, safety, and property of SecretFlame, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may transfer as part of the transaction

We use cookies and similar technologies — including browser local storage and advertising pixels — to keep the service working and to understand how it is used. They fall into two groups, and you decide about the second one.

Strictly necessary — always active

These are needed to deliver the service you asked for, so they are set without consent. They include:

• Your signed-in session and the security of your account
• Your language choice and your Studio theme
• Your 18+ age confirmation, which we are required to record
• Your cookie choice itself, so we do not ask again on every page
• Checkout and fraud-prevention cookies set by our payment providers while you complete a purchase
• Our live-chat support widget (Tawk.to), so you can reach us from any page

Analytics and advertising — only with your consent

These load only after you choose “Accept all” on our cookie banner. If you choose “Essential only”, none of the scripts below are loaded at all: they set no cookies and send no data about you to these providers.

• Google Tag Manager (Google LLC), which loads our measurement tags and tells us how visitors find and move through the site
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which gives us aggregated usage statistics and diagnostics that reveal broken or confusing pages
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which measures the results of our advertising, attributes sign-ups and purchases to the ad that led to them, and lets Meta show our ads to relevant audiences. For parts of this processing Meta acts as an independent controller under its own terms.

These providers are based in the United States, so accepting them means the data described above may be transferred there. See “International users” below.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately — the scripts are no longer loaded — but it does not undo processing that already took place lawfully while your consent was active. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the service may stop working without the strictly necessary ones.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain data longer where required to comply with the law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

Where we rely on your consent — as we do for all analytics and advertising cookies — you can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and it does not affect processing that already took place while your consent was active.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — choosing “Essential only” on our cookie banner, or withdrawing your consent later, is how you opt out.

SecretFlame is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has used SecretFlame, contact us at [email protected].

SecretFlame is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of SecretFlame means you accept the updated policy.
